We looked at Newbury Park and found some good buildings but...
- The traffic during rush hour was unbearable. This is the time when many parents get off work and take their sons and daughters to our BYA.
- The parking was slim to none. This was also a problem because we could not be approved for Walk-In traffic. This means you have to have a coach to bring you in the building for a private appointment.
We looked at moving closer to the Valley but we also found that rush hour traffic was going to be a problem as well.
Picking Wesltake Village allows us to be in reasonable reach of all of the surrounding cities. After looking for months we found a facility that had abundant parking which allowed us to get approved for walk-in business. This was something we could not accomplish at the other facilities we looked at.
BYA is a family oriented sports center that caters to both Boys and Girls in the sports of Baseball and Softball.
With this being said... we also have what NO other local sports center has.... a 3500 SQFT Open Practice field.. This can be used for Soccer, Baseball, Softball, LaCross, Football Drills, Passing Drills... You name it!
An entire team can rent this space and use our machines to practice their fielding skills for both Baseball and Softball. Our customers are raving about our Open Field. They say it's one of our best qualities.
